Solution                    In this case we have 2 groups of terms: x and non-x

Step 1: 

                                                            Solution                    X group = 5x and 6x

Step 2:                       Non-x group = 3 and 6 

Solution                    Solving the equation 5x + 6x + 3 + 6, we get 11x + 9

Step 3:     

Solution                    The answer is:  11x + 9
