Adjacent, Supplementary, Complementary And Vertical Angles

Name pairs of the specified angles.

Step 1:          

Adjacent angles are angles that have a common ray coming out of the vertex  going between two other rays. Angle AHF = FHG

Step 2:

Vertical Angles a pair of angles are said to be vertical if the angles share the same  vertex and   are bounded by the same pair of lines, but are opposite to each other. Such angles are congruent and thus have equal measure.                                                                       

                             Angle SHD = FHG

Solution  

Step 3:

Supplementary Angles a pair of angles is supplementary if their measurements                                                                                                      add up to 180 degrees. Angle SHF = FHG

Step 4:

Complementary Angles a pair of angles is complementary if the sum of their angles is 90°.   Angle AHF = FHG
